WELCOME
Overcome Church is a place where people can meet Jesus, engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for God's glory. Join us for our Sunday services!

A SIMPLE FLOW
We follow a simple flow. In this we support, help, and encourage one another. It works for us, and we know it can work for you!
LOVE
We know that falling in love with Jesus is the first step to a new life in Christ.
LEAD
We believe surrending to Jesus' authority is critical. When we let Jesus lead us, we can lead others.
LAUNCH
We love to launch into the world in mission and love knowing Christ goes with us!
WHAT TO EXPECT
A typical service will last about 1 hour. We sing a good mix of contemporary and traditional music that is led by our worship team. Sometimes it's live and sometimes we sing off a screen. We focus on a message that will inspire, challenge, and lift up. Plan to hang around after the service for fellowship and meeting new people.
WHAT DO I WEAR TO CHURCH?
You can wear anything you like. Some dress up and some dress down. Come however you feel comfortable.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH CHILDREN?
We like our kids to be with us in worship. On some weeks we dismiss them to have a lesson or participate in a craft they can take home. Cheryl Starling is our Children's lead and does an amazing job.
HOW LONG DOES THE SERVICE LAST?
We generally worship for about an hour give or take.
WHAT IS YOUR MUSIC LIKE?
We have live music in Canton and run tracks on the screen in PTC. We play both traditional and contemporary. It is not designed to be too loud to hurt your ears. It is meant to be worshipful and meaningful.
WHAT IS THE ORDER OF THE SERVICE
We always start out with singing both contemporary and traditional songs. We like a mixture. There is a time to pray, greet one another, and read scripture. We always hear a challenging message and then we send you back into the world.
