Galatians 4:19 expresses Paul's deep concern for the spiritual growth of the Galatian believers. His desire was not only that they believe in Christ but that Christ's character be fully formed in their lives. Spiritual maturity is a lifelong process in which the Holy Spirit transforms believers to think, love, and live more like Jesus. As we grow in faith, obey God's Word, and depend on His Spirit, Christ becomes increasingly evident in our attitudes, actions, and relationships.
