In John 21, after the resurrection, Jesus meets Peter and the disciples while they are fishing on the Sea of Galilee. After a long night of catching nothing, Jesus calls from the shore and tells them to cast their nets on the other side of the boat. In obedience, they pull in a miraculous catch of fish, reminding Peter that Jesus still had a purpose and calling for his life. This powerful encounter reveals that even after failure and discouragement, Jesus meets us where we are, restores us, and leads us into abundance through faith and obedience.
